My first symptom was sore boobs. I get that before my period anyway, but they were more sore than normal.
Also fatigue! I was so tired and I didn’t know why.

HI hun, don’t worry, some of the signs are, no period, sore boobs, that also may be bit bigger, you may also have a bit of thicker discharge, feeling sick, and also tired i had all these, hope it helps,
get a test you’ll then know for sure,x
