what are the earliest pregnancy symptoms? is there any way i could tell if its 3 days or so after im pregnant???

It takes almost a month. With my wife, her first symptom is her sensitivity to smells.In the first trimester, some smells make a woman feels like vomiting. Vomiting is symptom number two. Also I think lightheadedness or dizziness can occur too.
