Ivanka Trump, daughter of Donald and a judge on his TV show “The Apprentice,” has taken on another role — that of mother — as the former model gave birth on Sunday to a baby girl in New York City.
Trump, 29, announced the birth of her daughter via Twitter, sharing that she and husband Jared Kushner “welcomed a beautiful and healthy little girl into the world.”
“We feel incredibly grateful and blessed. Thank you all for your support and well wishes!,” read the tweet.
Trump and Kushner married in October 2009.
One day after Ivanka and husband Jared Kushner welcomed a baby girl, the “Celebrity Apprentice” star’s father revealed his granddaughter’s name during an appearance on “Fox & Friends.”
“I just left the hospital and the baby is beautiful. Ivanka’s doing great,” Donald said Monday. “Arabella, a very exotic name. Arabella Rose is the baby’s name — I just found that out, by the way.”
Shortly after her dad’s announcement, Ivanka, 29, tweeted: “Jared and I are having so much fun playing with our daughter! Arabella Rose is beyond adorable. She’s truly a blessing.”
This is the first child for the jewelry designer and Kushner, who wed in October 2009; it is the third grandchild for Donald. Ivanka’s brother, Donald Trump Jr., is currently expecting his third child, a son, this October.
