Do you have your kids following a set routine for their daily activities and such, or do you wing it most of the time?

To some extent, in terms of getting homework and chores done, yes, but at the same time, we like to be spontaneous too.  We want the kids to be able to follow order but also react on the spur of the moment.

Try the privacy pop. It's on privacy pop dot com. You can put it on the bed, and they feel like they have their own space. When they are acting out, they can go there for quiet time. Hope this helps! At nap time, you can zip it up so it's dark and feels like night time. I've found this helpful.
